The Channel Master Pro-Model antenna brings together the best of our most popular professional antenna models along with a compact and sleek profile, satisfying even the most meticulous homeowner association.  (FCC Regulation - Home owners associations (HOA's) cannot stop you from installing an outdoor TV antenna.  Click here to learn more)

Reception Range up to 70 Miles from Broadcast Towers

Competitor TV antennas typically claim anywhere from 50 to 250-mile reception ranges; however, they are rarely tested and confirmed to receive signals from these distances. The Channel Master Pro-Model antenna was designed in the US and tested approximately 70 miles from the Phoenix, Arizona broadcast towers and confirmed to receive excellent signal reception from all major broadcast networks.  In addition, the Pro-Model antenna underwent comprehensive beta-testing in multiple different locations across the US.  The beta tests were performed by a list of strategically selected Channel Master Authorized Dealers with years of experience installing, maintaining and repairing TV antenna systems.

Optimized for UHF and VHF Frequencies

The new Pro-Model antenna is designed to optimize the recent “Post Repack” frequencies up to 608MHz.  Eliminating the need to receive frequencies above 608MHz allowed significant improvements to the primary frequencies, maximizing reception and minimizing the overall size. The Pro-Model antenna has impressive realized passive gain across both UHF and VHF bands up to 9.7dB.

Upgradeable - Built for the Future

The Pro-Model antenna's design includes a modular approach ideal for areas requiring additional gain or future applications when broadcasters re-arrange broadcast signals and/or frequencies.  Element sections can be attached improving the reception (gain) of VHF frequencies, UHF frequencies or both. In addition to upgradability, the modular design enables the antenna to be repaired by making antenna elements replaceable. When VHF and UHF extensions are added to the base Pro-Model antenna, 2dB to 10dB increases in realized passive gain can be achieved respectively by frequency.

Built to Last

As with all Channel Master products, the quality of materials and product craftsmanship is our highest priority. The Pro-Model is assembled and packaged at Channel Master's Chandler, Arizona corporate headquarters. The antenna boom and elements are made from high-quality 6061 and 6063 aluminum and extruded, cut and drilled in the United States. The Pro-Model's design is intended to reduce the amount of plastic required; however, for a few plastic parts on the antenna, they are injection molded locally from high-quality UV resistant ASA and PVC materials.

It's hard to get excited about a TV antenna, but...

Quality is a word often touted but seldom practiced. Not so in this case... this is one of the most quality crafted antennas that I've seen in quite a while. It's just top notch construction all around. Some assembly required... but you really can't mess it up. The instructions are clear and concise, with photos. Everything is clearly labeled. It is as advertised...no bull. Worth the money.

I'm a believer!

It is interesting that most of the TV analog antennas disappeared when cable and streaming became available. Now I think people are looking for an alternative source of entertainment because the streaming/cable options have become so expensive and wouldn't mind a small roof mounted antenna if they could save a lot of money. We live in an area that is about 25 miles from the TV broadcast towers but we are in a low lying terrain with a significant tree line blocking the signal. Even cell phones have difficulty here. I tried an indoor antenna and got nothing, not even 1 channel. After extensive research and contacting Channel Master, I purchased the Channel Master Pro, the Pre Amp 1 and a 4 way splitter. A major selling point was their guarantee that it would work or they would refund my money. After receiving the very well built antenna, I mounted it outside on a 10 foot piece of EMT without the preamp and pointed it in the direction of the towers, running a temporary piece of RG6 directly to the TV. I was hoping for a signal from 7 stations and expecting that the signals would be marginal at best. My jaw dropped when the scan found 81 channels, many of them with very strong signals! The next day I mounted it on the roof and included the preamp. I ran the RG6 cable into the basement using the old satellite dish entry point and wired in the power injector and splitter. A final channel scan found 91 channels! If you are on the fence about buying this antenna, go for it and save tons of cash by not paying for local TV access with other providers.

Easy to install and receiving even more channels with a smaller antenna. I only installed this one in the direction that I think the last one was pointing without a compass and it's still better. I'm between 30-60 miles from towers with a lot of trees.

Wow, what a difference!

I've had an outdoor antenna about 10' above my roof for many years, but always had some 6-9 channels that would pixilate, freeze, or not come in at all when the weather was bad. It was bigger than this one, but a cheapo one.

I sprung for this one because, of course, one of the channels I most watch was one that was most effected in bad weather. To be honest, seeing the much smaller size of this antenna than my previous one, I thought I'd made a mistake in buying it. The build quality, however, was so noticeably better that I decided to give it a try. Installed it on the same pole in the same location as previous antenna.

Really glad I did! During marginally bad weather when channels would start to drop out, NONE did. In really bad rainy, stormy, windy weather, only 1 channel has any issues, and it's not one I watch much anyway.

I get about 65 OTA channels, but after omitting all the shopping channels, religious channels, kids channels (empty nest here), and foreign language ones I've got a really nice lineup. 3 different PBS channels is a bonus for me!

Works great!

I'm getting channels from 60 miles away!
