Reception Range up to 70 Miles from Broadcast Towers
Competitor TV antennas typically claim anywhere from 50 to 250-mile reception ranges; however, they are rarely tested and confirmed to receive signals from these distances. The Channel Master Pro-Model antenna was designed in the US and tested approximately 70 miles from the Phoenix, Arizona broadcast towers and confirmed to receive excellent signal reception from all major broadcast networks. In addition, the Pro-Model antenna underwent comprehensive beta-testing in multiple different locations across the US. The beta tests were performed by a list of strategically selected Channel Master Authorized Dealers with years of experience installing, maintaining and repairing TV antenna systems.
Optimized for UHF and VHF Frequencies
The new Pro-Model antenna is designed to optimize the recent “Post Repack” frequencies up to 608MHz. Eliminating the need to receive frequencies above 608MHz allowed significant improvements to the primary frequencies, maximizing reception and minimizing the overall size. The Pro-Model antenna has impressive realized passive gain across both UHF and VHF bands up to 9.7dB.
Upgradeable - Built for the Future
The Pro-Model antenna's design includes a modular approach ideal for areas requiring additional gain or future applications when broadcasters re-arrange broadcast signals and/or frequencies. Element sections can be attached improving the reception (gain) of VHF frequencies, UHF frequencies or both. In addition to upgradability, the modular design enables the antenna to be repaired by making antenna elements replaceable. When VHF and UHF extensions are added to the base Pro-Model antenna, 2dB to 10dB increases in realized passive gain can be achieved respectively by frequency.

As with all Channel Master products, the quality of materials and product craftsmanship is our highest priority. The Pro-Model is assembled and packaged at Channel Master's Chandler, Arizona corporate headquarters. The antenna boom and elements are made from high-quality 6061 and 6063 aluminum and extruded, cut and drilled in the United States. The Pro-Model's design is intended to reduce the amount of plastic required; however, for a few plastic parts on the antenna, they are injection molded locally from high-quality UV resistant ASA and PVC materials.

I bought this antenna at their retail store in Chandler the guys at the store were friendly and knowledgeable. Since I was buying the antenna, mount, mounting pole, amplifier and a splitter they gave me a package deal $43 savings. This deal is also available on their website. This new antenna works excellent. I had an amplified Amazon antenna mounted in the attic and it worked ok but would pixelate especially in the evenings with 42 channels pointed towards Tucson. The guys at the store recommended putting this new antenna on the eve of the house but also pointing to Tucson. I did mount it on the eve of my single story house, left the amp set to low gain and just eyeball aimed it towards Phoenix/South mountain to see what would happen. This thing is awesome I now get 108 channels both Phoenix and Tucson channels and they come in crystal clear no issues and like I said didn’t even properly aim it. Extremely happy with my purchase. I normally don’t write reviews unless a product truly deserves it and this does. Also this particular antenna is made in the good ol’ US of A right here in AZ baby! Thank you Channel Master!!

I got this antenna to replace a smaller (and, to be fair, much less expensive) Stealth model, also from Channel Master, which could only pull in one network and one local station reliably due to foothills and surrounding trees near my house. I've been using the Stealth with the CM signal booster box, which is now supporting the Pro.
I wasn't sure another antenna alone could make much of an improvement, but once I replaced the Stealth with the Pro model, I could pull in all seven of the former VHF channels in my area (three networks and four locals) plus two PBS channels. I can also receive more obscure channels, but I don't have any interest in them and haven't added them to my Tivo OTA box's channel list.
I think this Pro model is a perfect example of what an excellent design coupled with high quality materials and construction can do - it's rock solid, and works extremely well despite its relatively small size. It has a nice weight to it (a lot more than the smaller Stealth), and comes with good quality hardware instead of the cheap junk that often comes with less expensive antennas from overseas manufacturers.
By the way, I don't mean to seem negative about the Stealth antenna. I think it's intended for use on RVs or in locations where the signals are stronger than mine, so my application was an unfair one.
If $149 seems pricey for a deceptively small size antenna, believe me when I say it's worth every penny. I am very impressed by its performance, and expect it will last for many years. Well done Channel Master!

Initial big box store antenna installed in attic had issues with signal strength and quality for towers broadcasting CBS and Fox 15 & 30 miles south of our location respectively. Installed the CM Pro, used the app to point this well made excellent quality antenna and viola, problems solved! Highly recommend!

I purchased this antenna to replace a much larger older Channel Master antenna. I was impressed with the nearly half size of this new model. Indeed, it was much easier to work with in the rafters of my attic.
My goal in the exchange was to improve the signal of one weak channel that I often watch. The change out did not accomplish this. I did not lose any channels and did not gain any channels—I did get a much nicer looking installation however.
Overall, I wish I had achieved just a bit more gain because this antenna was reported to handle twice the range of my older model. I will be adding the UHF extension now to see if I can just add a bit more high UFH response to draw in this station. I will update my review at that point.
Overall though folks, this is a really nice antenna for the northern suburbs of Atlanta. It is reasonably small and very well made. It was also very clear on how to assemble. I did have to use a preamp, but I already had that on my previous setup.
