TV Antenna Booster 2

Manufacturing quality of all components seems good. Quick shipping, easy installation, good signal quality on both TV’s. Works as expected.

I had a few channels that I could not consistently receive on either of my TV's, especially during cloudy or smoky conditions. I replaced my standard splitter with the Channel Master TV Antenna Booster 2 and now receive all channels. This was a perfect solution for me.

I purchased this to replace a 40 year old Radio Shack booster. I've had it for about two weeks now, and it appears to be working fine. We went from 4 channels to about 30 to 40 channels, which is what I was hoping for. It actually found about 102 channels, but most of them were too week to hold a picture. My real concern was reaching my bedroom which takes about 75 ft. of coax, and this worked fine. I've been very happy with Channel Master products, and have a Channel Master antenna on top of my house for 40 years. Solid products.

Out of the box I appreciated the build quality: it feels solid and like it was built to last many years. Performance is what I wanted with a significant improvement in signal strength: weak channels that were spotty and originally at 8% signal strength are now stable with 38-45% signal strength; moderate strength channels originally at 35-40% now showing 75-80% signal strength). (My antenna is roof mounted; Channel Master splitter/amplifier is installed in the basement, around 40' away (cable length) from the antenna; from the booster the signal then goes an additional 15' to one tv and 25' to the other.) As a plus, I'm now also getting some additional channels on the tv with the better tuner (not all tuners are created equal).

Called channel master asking for their help after trying several other brands that didn’t work!
Should have went with the best in the first place it works as I was told !
If I need anything else for apartment dwelling I’ll call them again ! Fine products!
