FLATenna 35

I purchased these for my elderly parents who wanted to save money by cutting the cord. They could watch most of the shows they liked and realized big savings by cancelling the cable plan. Now the neighbors are asking how to do it. This antenna makes it easy to connect and versatile indoor placement delivers good reception. I recommend this.

I live in Mexico, not far from the US border, this antenna tries to pick far away stations, my other indoor antennas couldn't do, however, if I was in the US, I would get all channels about 88, here I only get about 50 on a good day, bad weather seems to interfere a bit. Not bad at all.

I've been holding off getting an OTA antenna of any kind because I have so many trees between me and the tower, but after listening to a video by the antenna guy and seeing the price of the Flatenna, I decided to give it a shot. It was a reasonable price and if it didn't work out, I didn't lose out on a bundle of cash.

Anyway, suffice it to say that I'm blown away at the performance of the Flatenna! I get many more channels than the online maps say I could expect. And, an unexpected surprise. Apparently Roku also sends out an ota signal so not only do I get all my locals, I also get another 300 or so channels!

The picture is just as good or better as Spectrum stream or cable with minimal tiling when the wind blows.

So far, I'm very pleased with my Flatenna. Enough to cancel my insanely expensive Spectrum account and go with Verizon home internet and the Flatenna!

I have an outdoor antenna - but was redoing my fireplace by adding stone and it was not convenient to extend my cable to the fireplace. So I added a flat antenna behind the TV and it works great!

Now we have two. One at each end of the house. Because of the house layout, the antennas are orientated 90 degrees from each other. There's no difference in channels received or picture quality. It's an awesome antenna.
