The Channel Master Pro-Model antenna brings together the best of our most popular professional antenna models along with a compact and sleek profile, satisfying even the most meticulous homeowner association.  (FCC Regulation - Home owners associations (HOA's) cannot stop you from installing an outdoor TV antenna.  Click here to learn more)

Reception Range up to 70 Miles from Broadcast Towers

Competitor TV antennas typically claim anywhere from 50 to 250-mile reception ranges; however, they are rarely tested and confirmed to receive signals from these distances. The Channel Master Pro-Model antenna was designed in the US and tested approximately 70 miles from the Phoenix, Arizona broadcast towers and confirmed to receive excellent signal reception from all major broadcast networks.  In addition, the Pro-Model antenna underwent comprehensive beta-testing in multiple different locations across the US.  The beta tests were performed by a list of strategically selected Channel Master Authorized Dealers with years of experience installing, maintaining and repairing TV antenna systems.

Optimized for UHF and VHF Frequencies

The new Pro-Model antenna is designed to optimize the recent “Post Repack” frequencies up to 608MHz.  Eliminating the need to receive frequencies above 608MHz allowed significant improvements to the primary frequencies, maximizing reception and minimizing the overall size. The Pro-Model antenna has impressive realized passive gain across both UHF and VHF bands up to 9.7dB.

Upgradeable - Built for the Future

The Pro-Model antenna's design includes a modular approach ideal for areas requiring additional gain or future applications when broadcasters re-arrange broadcast signals and/or frequencies.  Element sections can be attached improving the reception (gain) of VHF frequencies, UHF frequencies or both. In addition to upgradability, the modular design enables the antenna to be repaired by making antenna elements replaceable. When VHF and UHF extensions are added to the base Pro-Model antenna, 2dB to 10dB increases in realized passive gain can be achieved respectively by frequency.

Built to Last

As with all Channel Master products, the quality of materials and product craftsmanship is our highest priority. The Pro-Model is assembled and packaged at Channel Master's Chandler, Arizona corporate headquarters. The antenna boom and elements are made from high-quality 6061 and 6063 aluminum and extruded, cut and drilled in the United States. The Pro-Model's design is intended to reduce the amount of plastic required; however, for a few plastic parts on the antenna, they are injection molded locally from high-quality UV resistant ASA and PVC materials.

I had an Televes Amplified antenna and it was ok but had a lot of breaking up so I decided to purchase a The Channel Master Pro-Model antenna with the pre amp and it was like night and day works great no more picture breaking up, with the Tablo device I'm picking up all my locals plus all the ones Tablo supports right now 108 channels total.

Pro model system

I ordered a complete system and tools for cable connections. The packaging was superb. Everything except ground wire, clamps and rod was included. The quality is excellent. The install was easy enough. The product performs perfectly. The tech support was excellent and customer service folks were knowledgeable and friendly. This is a good company to deal with!

Greatly increased the number of stations

We gave Channel Master our address and followed their advice on what antenna to purchase. They suggested we purchase the following: the UHF Extension for Pro-Model TV antenna, TV Antenna PreAmp 1, and Pro-Model UHF/VHF TV Antenna. We purchased and installed all three. The installation was not too bad as we already had the wiring in our attic from the prior antenna. We now have double, possibly triple the number of stations we had previously. We get all three major networks - ABC, NBC, and CBS, in addition to many other stations. Our only TV source is the antenna as we don't subscribe to any of the streaming services. We are extremely happy with Channel Master!

Switched out Omni in favor of Pro Model with great success in NW Tucson

NW Tucson is dicey for reception because most network towers are mounted on Mount Bigelow in the shadow of Mount Lemmon. NBC4 and Fox11 are particularly finicky and can disappear for weeks at a time. NBC4 translator on Tumamoc Hill is of such low power that it is of no use out here and Fox11 has no other locations. I installed the Channel Master Omni a few years ago as per recommendations and it was generally good about picking up the Mt. Bigelow towers along with PBS and others in the region. Monsoon blocked out NBC4 for the entire summer until the Olympics were to air and I decided to try the Pro Model. I pointed at Mount Bigelow and now have uninterrupted reception of NBC4, Fox11 and all the others. As a directional antenna, my fear was that I would not receive the remaining slate of available channels from the area. It receives everything except for that lonely low-powered NBC4 down on Tumamoc Hill, but that's a moot point now. I used the two coax cables from the old satellite dish and run each to a Channel Master splitter and Channel Master pre amps and then into TV. I have a flat roof so mounting was solved by using a free standing 3-foot tripod that is tied to a vent pipe for stability. It has survived a few significant monsoon events. If you're in my situation in NW Tucson, give the Pro Model a try.
